The IP application update memo including the changes in impacts site descriptions
and revised drawings for U -2211B is attached It will be formally distributed to
the rest of NCDOT later this week (since I m the only member of the western team in
the office today and tomorrow) This memo addresses all of the changes that have
occurred as a result of the discovery of the new stream (UT3) and the addition of
stabilization impacts to the short section of UT1 per NCDWQ s request
