SUBJECT: Addendum for Temporary Stream Impacts and
Dewatering Devices
Division 2 respectfully request this addendum to Action IDSAW-201100606 RGP 31
and for NCDWQ Project Number 20110173. The original design was permitted for 17'-
3" x 11'-0" x 40' ASPPA .The Original permits allowed 46 Linear Feet of Permanenet
Stream Impacts. NCDOT request the addition of 14 Lineaz Feet of Temporary Stream
Impacts, making a total of 60 Lineaz feet of Stream Impacts.This will allow for
Dewatering Devices and these devices will be used to Dewater the construction site and
will be placed at the existing Right of Way.
Your assistance is this matter is greatly appreciated.
