Construction is underway on most of the project with grading and pipe installation taking place along the entire
length of the AA Section. The new Broad River Bridge has been completed.
Sediment has been removed from both up and downstream at Station 41+00. This restoration looks good.
All areas that have been graded and no construction has taken place in the last 14 days should be seeded and
mulched.
All sediment and erosion control structures/devices should be checked for proper operation including the silt
fence. Also, clean around waddles and drop inlets.
North of Station 273+00 sediment should be removed from the stream bed. Now would be a good time to
remove any sediment since no water is flowing in the channel.
Repair and maintain all erosion control devices and continue with seeding and matting as required to protect
State surface waters.

Review of sediment and erosion control devices indicate that the devices aze operating properly.
Please ensure that installation of sediment and erosion control devices are keeping pace with the construction.
Seed and mulch all bare soil areas. All areas that have been graded and no construction has taken place in the
last 14 days should be seeded and mulched. The slope a the Y line north of Station 323+00 needs seeding.
All sediment and erosion control structures/devices should be checked for proper operation including the silt
fence. Also, check all waddles and drop inlets.
At Station 455+00 remove small amount of off site sediment below concrete pipe and beyond fence. Remove
sediment from basin at Station 323+00. The graded area north of this station including the roadway is eroding
badly.
Repair and maintain all erosion control devices and continue with seeding and matting as required to protect
State surface waters.
