Construction is continuing for culverts and at the new Broad River Bridge. Construction waste such as steel and wood should be removed from the island at the new Broad River Bridge. Upstream of the culvert at Site 9, near Station 260+00, the graded area needs to be seeded and matted and sediment should be removed from the stream downstream of the same culvert. The sediment should be removed by hand and not by mechanical equipment. All other areas of the project appeared to be in good condition. Continue to maintain erosion control devices and continue with seeding and mulching as required. R2233A Inspection Report November 2010
