Historic compliance work will be scheduled and concurrence with the State Historic Preservation Office will be obtained if required. The project impacts are not significant in nature and should not alter the best usage for this stream. All appropriate BMPs will be used during construction. Attached is a Preconstruction Notification Form, plan sheets, photographs, a marked county map and a marked topography map. By copy of this letter, it is requested that Mr. Ron Linville, Mountain Region Coordinator, with the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission comment directly to you concerning the 404 Nationwide Permit application with a copy sent to me.
