agree with Bill. I don't have a problem with replacing the structure vs. extending, as long
the impacts don't increase, or do so very minimally. I think presenting them at hydro will
fine, but just for the record and to let the others know, you may want to make it known
at these culverts will be replaced and not extended as originally proposed and signed at
. As for utilities in upland areas, I have no jurisdiction over upland areas, so go ahead.

e were a few questions concerning R-2583 (158 widening from Murfreesboro to Winton in
ord County). We have spoken to Bill Biddlecome and he does not have a problem with the
erts being replaced vs. extended, as long as the impact area remains the same. He also

Box Culvert extensions at Mill Branch, sites 3, 4, 5, and 6 as stated on the
rrence Point 2A form have been found to be structurally inadequate. At least three of
culverts were built in 1922 and need to be replaced with this project. The Concurrence
states the culverts will be extended, will it be a problem to replace the culverts and
impacts at 4B and 4C?
