The North Carolina Department of Transportation is requesting a NW 3 permit for pipe replacement on SR 1213 Herbert Perry Rd in Dare County. The pipe is located approximately 0.3 miles from the intersection of SR 1206. The pipe will be removed using NCDOT best management practices for pipe replacement. The current pipe, I @ 40'x 42" CMP will be replaced with I @ 40' x 48" CAP with riprap on both ends. The pipes are located in an unnamed tributary to Kitty Hawk Bay.
