R-2233A Rutherford County Dee Freeman Secretary On July 21. 2010, 1 inspected the construction work on the US Highway 2211'roject in Rutherford County. Clearing and grubbing work continues along with grading and work on the Broad River Bridge. Please ensure that all sediment and erosion control structures are maintained and seeding and mulching are peifonned as required to protect State surface waters.
