On July 21. 2010, 1 inspected the construction work on the US Highway 2211'roject in Rutherford County.
Clearing and grubbing work continues along with grading and work on the Broad River Bridge.
Please ensure that all sediment and erosion control structures are maintained and seeding and mulching are
peifonned as required to protect State surface waters. Also, please refer to the attached inspection report for
any specific items noted during the inspection.

Some clearing and grubbing work is continuing. Grading is underway near the Broad River and work is
underway for construction of the new Broad River Bridge. Also, there is some culvert wont starting.
Project appeared to be in good condition.
Continue to maintain erosion control devices and continue with seeding and mulching as required.
