As a follow up to your site visit on August 14', you had requested a copy of Antonio Price's NPDES signature delegation
letter for the regional office. The letter attached here references our wastewater NPDES, but should be applicable to
any NPDES permit. Duke Energy has also corresponded on signatory authority in general is by title, not name for our
operating facilities. Antonio Price officially assumed Asheville Station Manager position from Garry Whisnant on January
15, 2020.
Also, you had agreed to share the photos that were taken during your visit and I was to provide an FTP site for file
transfer. I discovered that obtaining an FTP site external to our company is a lengthy and involved process.
With that, I wanted to see if I could request email copies with reduced file sizes and/or multiple emails if that would
possible?
