I've reviewed the application requesting a Corps NW 3 permit and Water Quality Certification for the following bridge
replacement project:
• Bridge # 20 over Sawyer's Creek on NC 343 in Camden County

This activity does not require written approval from DWQ provided all the conditions in GC 3687 (attached) can be met.
Please adhere to any in-water work moratoriums that may be recommended by WRC or DMF as stipulated in Condition
