SR 1308 adjacent to tributaries to Roundabout Creek
Class C-TR-
Dear Mr. Thomas,
The Department of Transportation is Scheduled to grade, drain
base, and pave primarily along the existing roadway of
SR 1308 (Roundabout Rd.). in Ashe County during the 1993-1994

Roundabout Creek (class C-TR-) we are requesting a 404
Nationwide Permit No. 14. Since there are 8 existing cross
line drainage structures that will need replacing, extending,
or upgrading.
Attached is a .straight line sketch with proposed erosion
control, stream, stream embankment, pipe crossing and
construction limits. In addition I am sending a sketch of
areas along the road, with cross sections to cover same where
project encroaches inside the 25 ft, trout buffer zone, and
marked county map.
By copy of this letter I am asking Mr. Joe Mickey, Jr., of
North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission District
