A copy of the General Certification is attached. This Certification may be used in qualifying for coverage under Corps of Engineers' Nationwide Permit No. 14. These projects consist of grading, drainage installation, and paving the existing unimproved roadway surface. SR 1466, Hopkins Road will include replacing the existing bridge over Mountain Creek with two 137" x 87" C.S.P.A. By copy of this letter, we are also seeking approval from the US Fish and Wildlife Service and are submitting the enclosed material on SR 1466 to them also.
