In accordance with Part III, Section E: l and E.2. of the above referenced stormwater permit, Duke
Energy Progress, LLC respectfully submits, in original and one copy of Year 3- Period 2 — Is( Quarter
SDOMR for the facility stormwater outfalls. No actual discharge occurred at the facility stormwater
outfalls SW001 and SWO03 during normal operating hours of Year 3- Period 2 — Ist Quarter. Therefore,
no stormwater analytical samples were collected during the March Monthly Tier I monitoring period.
Please note, SW-7 and SW-8 have not been constructed and are not included in this submittal.

SDOMR for the facility stormwater outfalls. No actual discharge occurred at the facility stormwater
outfalls SWOOI and SWO03 during normal operating hours of Year 3- Period 2 — 1 st Quarter. Therefore,
no stormwater analytical samples were collected during the February Monthly Tier 1 monitoring period.
