In accordance with Part III, Section E: I and E.1 of the above referenced stormwater permit, Duke
Energy Progress, LLC respectfully submits, an original and one copy of Year 3- Period 2 — I St Quarter
SDOMR for the facility stormwater outfalls. No actual discharge occurred at the facility stormwater
outfalls SW001 and SWO03 during normal operating hours of Year 3- Period 2 — Ist Quarter. Therefore,
no stormwater analytical samples were collected during this Monthly Tier I monitoring period.
Please note, SW-7 and SW-8 have not been constructed and are not included in this submittal.

In accordance with Part III, Section E: I and E.2. of the above referenced stormwater permit, Duke
Energy Progress, LLC respectfully submits, an original and one copy of Year 3- Period 1 — 2nd Quarter
SDOMR for the facility stormwater outfalls. This submittal is the 3rd of 3 Monthly Tier I required
reports for the September 2018 TSS benchmark exceedance, reporting below benchmark and completing
Tier I status for TSS. This report also includes the I" of 3 monthly samples for the Tier I Copper
benchmark exceedance from November 2018, as well as the quarterly report for outfall SWOOI I. In
accordance with Table 3 Benchmark Values in the stormwater permit, the December 2018 Mercury
detection is noted to be above 12 nglL, at 14.2 nglL.
Please note, SW-7 and SW-8 have not been constructed and are not included in this submittal.
