Belews Creek Steam Station — NCS000573 — Stokes County
In accordance with Part III, E (2) of the above referenced NPDES Storm Water permit,
the original and one copy of the DMR for October 2019 for the permitted storm water
outfalls is enclosed. The period for sampling for the outfalls in Tier status ended on
October 31, 2019.
Outfalls SWO05 and SWO06 remain in Tier Three status. Outfall SWO18A remains in
Tier Two status. Outfall SWO03 is in Tier status as of January 2109.
There were no qualifying storm events in October 2019.
