In accordance with Part III, E (2) of the above referenced NPDES Storm Water permit,
the original and one copy of the DMR for April 2019 for the permitted storm water
outfalls is enclosed. The period for sampling for the outfalls in Tier status ended on May
31, 2019. 9 '
Outfalls SW005 and SW006 remain in Tier Three status. Outfall SW018A remains in,
Tier Two status. Outfall SW003 is in Tier status as of January 2109.
There were no qualifying storm events in May 2019.
