DATE: May 12, 1992 SUBJECT: Comments on Section 401 Water Quality Certification for Section 404 Nationwide Permit requests Biologists on the Wildlife Resources Commission staff have reviewed the subject permit application and we are familiar with habitat values of the project area. Our comments are provided in accordance with provisions of the Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act (48 Stat. 401, as amended; 16 U. S. C. 661-667d). Based upon information provided, it is our opinion that Section 401 Water Quality Certification can be issued without significant impacts on fish and wildlife for the following projects: 1.
