Our existing regulations (15A NCAC 2H .0501(a)) require that all applicants for 401 Certifications submit seven complete copies of 401 Applications. Our comments are provided in accordance with provisions of the Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act (48 Stat. 401, as amended; 16 U. S. C. 661-667d). Based upon information provided, it is our opinion that Section 401 Water Quality Certification can be issued without significant impacts on fish and wildlife for the following projects: 1.
