Per our phone conversation yesterday afternoon, I have posted a set of variance impact figures to the project

These figures depict crossings where the design team has been able to make the perpendicular crossing alternative
work, thereby removing these crossings from the existing variance application. If you would, please review these
crossings and let us know if they look good on your end and if you have any questions as soon as possible. We will be
following up with an addendum to our Major Variance application in early August, with updated maps and impact table.
Also, below is the list of Jordan watershed streams we would like to visit with you in the field on July 26t" for potential
removal off of the Southgate route. These are all currently green tracts (access permitted), and we are coordinating
with the land agent.
