Any violation of these terms may be subject to a fine, imprisonment or civil action; or may cause the permit to be null and void. 1) Adequate sedimentation and erosion control measures shall be implemented and maintained to prevent erosion of unconsolidated soil into adjacent wetlands and/or waters. 2) Subsequent residential development of individual lots within any Area of Environmental of Concern (AEC) will require additional permitting through the Division which implements the Brunswick County Minor CAMA Permit Program. NOTE: Plans and specifications of all water system improvements must be approved by the Div. of Environmental Health prior to the award of a contract or the initiation of construction (as required by 10 NCAC, 10D.0900, et. Seq.). For information, contact the Public Water Supply Section at (919) 733-2460. Additional Con This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or other qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing date. An appeal requires resolution prior to work initiation or continuance, as the case may be. This permit must be accessible on-site to Department personnel when the project is inspected for compliance. Any maintenance work or project modification not covered hereunder requires further Departmental approval. All work must cease when the permit expires on December 31, 2000 In issuing this permit, the State of North Carolina agrees that your project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program. NOTE: The permittee should contact the office of mosquito control for Brunswick County at 910/253-2508 for advice on preventing mosquito breeding habitat from being developed on the site during and after construction. NOTE: An Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan will be required for this project. This plan must be filed at least thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of any land-disturbing activity. Submit this plan to the Department of Health and Environmental Resources, Land Quality Section, 127 Cardinal Drive Extension, Wilmington, NC 28405-3845. Lots 29, 30, 31, & 32 contain significant wetland area which may restrict the development of the lots without impacts to the wetlands. If wetland fill is needed for these lots, the request for the fill should be made concurrent with this application so that the entire project and potential impacts can be reviewed at the same time.
