Dear Ms. Homewood:

Mountain Valley Pipeline, LLC (“Mountain Valley” or the “Project”) respectfully requests a 14-day
extension on the response deadline to your requests for additional information on the Joint Permit and
Major Variance Applications for the MVP Southgate Project (“Project”). The requested extension will
allow the Project to incorporate engineering drawings in support of our responses. Our responses to
your additional information requests will be submitted no later than March 14, 2020.
