On November 25, 2019, the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) Division
of Water Resources (Division) received an email request from John Toepfer for approval of data
cut-off dates for upcoming Comprehensive Site Assessments (CSAs) and Corrective Action Plans
