On October 30, 2019, the Division of Water Resources (Division) received your request to present information at
the Division's Public Hearing scheduled on November 19, 2019. The Public Hearing has been scheduled for the
purpose of gathering information from the public regarding MVP's 401 Water Quality Certification Individual
Application. No formal presentations will be allowed except for the Division's informational presentation. MVP
representatives are welcome to register as speakers of the general public during the hearing.
