The Project has recently submitted additional information to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission based on public comments, the Draft Environmental Impact Statement and route / workspace modifications. The requested extension will allow the Project to incorporate this information into the response documents such that they are consistent with the FERC submittals. Our responses to your additional information requests will be submitted no later than October 30th, 2019.
