Request for Extension: Additional Information Requests
Dear Ms. Homewood:
Mountain Valley Pipeline, LLC ("Mountain Valley" or the "Project') respectfully requests a seven-day

Major Variance Applications for the MVP Southgate Project ("Project'). The Project has recently

requests will be submitted no later than October 30th, 2019.
Should you have any additional questions regarding this request, please do not hesitate to contact Alex
