Domcy,. Thank you For taking the time to talk with me today about doing repuirs to my o fisting Seawall on tntke Tillery- As I explained to you today, the existing cemont wall is old and discolored. As I indicated to you I would like to cover the wall with treated lumber. I plan to do this by driving posts directly in rront of the wall and nailing the posts to the wall. The wall will then be covered by I x 6 treated boards which will be nailed to the posts, The wall will only be extended by the width of the posts. The wall is approximately 47 feet in length. You indicated today that since this was not a now wall and no backtell would be used., i would not need a Permit for this. lI will need a ponnit from CP&I, as I will lye doing sonic work to alt existing pier a5 well. Mr. Jimmy C:hislorn bas indicated to tnc that he would need a letter stating that i would not need a permit from you. 1 would like to bogin work on my pier as quickly as lxssiblc.
