PROJECT SUMMARY: The applicants propose to construct seven (7) finger piers and expand the existing nine (9) slip community dock, to accommodate an additional four (4) boat slips. ANTICIPATED EVPACTS The proposed community dock expansion would incorporate an additional 1380 square feet of public trust area and estaurine waters. The existing facility occupi 2.656 square feet, resulting in a total incorporation of 4036 square feet of public trust area and estuarine aters.
