the existing nine (9) slip community dock, to accommodate an additional four (4) boat slips.

9. PROTECT DESCRIPTION
The project area is the existing Rabbit Run Subdivision

10. ANTICIPATED EVPACTS
The proposed community dock expansion would incorporate an additional 1380 square feet of public trust
area and estaurine waters. The existing facility occupi 2.656 square feet, resulting in a total incorporation
of 4036 square feet of public trust area and estuarine aters. The project would increase the number of
authorized boat slips for the facility from nine (9) to thirteen (13).
