Upon review of your request for Water Quality
Certification to place fill in waters and/or wetlands in a
tributary to Little River, we have determined that the
proposed fill can be covered by General Water Quality
Certification No. 2177 issued November 4, 1987. A copy of
the General Certification is attached. This Certification
may be used in qualifying for coverage under Corps of
Engineers' Nationwide Permit No. 14.

Please consider this letter a request for General Water Quality
Certification. Enclosed herewith are two drawings to assist in locating the
Becton Dickinson project site.
As shown on the drawings, two loop roads are planned for the site. Both of
these roads will pass through Army Corps of Engineers Jurisdictional
Wetlands, with work being performed under both "Minor Road Crossing" and
"Headwater Areas" nationwide permits.
