Upon review of your request for Water Quality
Certification to place fill material in Stirrup Iron Creek,
we have determined that the proposed fill can be covered by
General Water Quality Certification No. 2176 issued November
4, 1987. A copy of the General Certification is attached.
This Certification may be used in qualifying for coverage
under Corps of Engineers' Nationwide Permit No. 26.

office issue a 401 Water Quality Certification for subject project.
Please find enclosed our grading and erosion control sheet (S-1) for
construction of the roadway into the project. We anticipate filling in the
two large ponds located totally within the property lines and a small
portion of a third pond which is located partially on this property and on
property owned by Clyde Watkins.
