Upland portion of the lot is dominated by loblolly pine (Pinus taeda and live oak ( uercus virginica). There are several clumps of Juncus roemerianus approximately 8' offshore. Scattered Spartina patens occurs along the bank. Applicant proposes to bulkhead 100' of estuarine shoreline an average of 2' waterward of NWL and to construct a 6' wide pier 100' long ending in a 480 square foot. "T". ANTICIPATED IMPACTS With the placement of the bulkhead, approximately 200 square feet of shallow water habitat will be filled. If the applicant is not claiming to be the owner of said property, then for- ward a copy of the deed or other instrument under which the owner claims title, plus written permis- sion from the owner to carry out the project. An accurate work plat (including plan view and cross sectional drawings) drawn to scale in black ink on 8 V2 x 11 white paper. (Refer to Coastal Resources Commission Rule 7J.0203 for a detailed description.) 'Please note that original drawings are preferred and only high quality copies will be accepted.
