PROJECT SUMMARY: _Applicant proposes to construct a 6' x 80' pier out to -8' deep water. Proposed pier is within the established pier length of this shoreline and located in the Pasquotank River, Pasquotank County. DREDGED FILLED OTHER X CAMA X th Ci ALFRED M. MONCLA BIO REPORT PAGE 2 SITE REPORT Applicant currently owns an undeveloped lot located at 800 Riverside Drive, Elizabeth City, Pasquotank County, N.C. The upland lot is bulkheaded, with lawn grasses the dominant vegetation. The property to the east contains a pier approximately 90' long while the property to the west contains a pier approximately 120' long. Applicant proposes to construct a 6' x 80' pier out to -8' deep water, 15' west of the adjacent riparian property line. Applicant further proposes a 10' x 261 'IT" at the end and 4 mooring pilings. ANTICIPATED IMPACTS This project will usurp 480 sq. ft. of estuarine waters and create some hindrance to waterborne traffic.
