2j. Provide a brief description of this project (attach a site plan): This three acre site proposes commercial development
of two buildings and parking lot area. Development seeks to avoid wetland impacts on the site. There will likely be
some grading impacts to the wetlands.
We are currently seeking a concurrence with the USACE (Crystal Amschler). It is regarding a ruling on wetland "A".
We believe it to be a non 404/401 Isolated feature. Also regarding "wetland B". We believe it not to be a wetland but a
landscape depression as it does not meet all the wetland classification criteria.
2k. Provide directions from the nearest named town, including street names and/or highway numbers: The site is in
Cary, NC. The site is near the corner of High House Road and Davis Drive. If coming from Raleigh on High House
Road: turn left onto Davis Drive (going south), turn right onto Cornerstone Drive, then left onto Quarrystone Circle. The
property is at the end of the cul-de-sac on Quarrystone Circle. The southern property line is Whitebridge Drive, and to
the eastern line is Davis Drive.
Please attach a map of the site location using USGS 1:24,000 topographic map and a copy of the latest bound
and published County soil survey with the project/site boundaries delineated. A site plan should also be included
for all projects other than stream and wetland determinations.
