Tom,
i left you a message a little while ago to let you know what z discovered as I
reviewed the file. on p. 8 of 9 of the PCN form, the applicant stated that
"The project engineer has calculated impervious surface of the single family
portion of the site to be under 30% impervious and DwQ previously concurred
with that assessment." Then, as z continued reviewing the file, it was clear
that the DwQ was aware of the overall site plan for the entire 178.36 acres
(which was the official project area - the whole site) but only required
stormwater management for the multi-family areas via three separate stormwater
ponds.
what that means is that single family portions of this site do not have a
stormwater management requirement per the 401 certification issued by the DwQ
in 2004.
My colleague Beverly has uploaded the entire file to your ftp site.
