That plan is dated July 2, 2014. A copy of the most recent permit is attached for your reference. Thanks, Matt From: ] Sent: Thursday, October 27, 2016 3:22 PM To: Gantt, Matt <matt.gantt@ncdenr.gov> Subject: Radford Rock Quarry Mr. Gantt, It has come to our attention that the Radford Rock Quarry off Bamboo Road In Watauga County is in the process of putting together a rock crusher on the property adjacent to the Sunny Knoll Acres subdivision that my husband and I live in along with about twelve other families. This rock crusher is within 75 feet of several neighbor's wells. We are very concerned and frightened about the dust, noise and damage to our wells that the operation of a rock crusher would cause. Do you have any information about this? Is there anything we can do? Sincerely, Boyer, Janet From: Gantt, Matt Sent: Wednesday, February 22, 2017 3:58 PM To: Boyer, Janet Subject: RE: sediment in roadway Got it Thanks! Basically, the rock dust in the road and washing into the creek is off site sediment per guidance from Toby. Let me know if you would like to discuss further. I will be interested to hear how the complaint investigation goes. Thanks Janet S.
