In response to the request for additional information for the Barnett Park Drainage Project DWQ
Project #08-0645 Ver. 2 Lenoir County, we are still pursuing the permit application and I will be
forwarding the geotechnical report of the roadway evaluation as soon as I receive it. I anticipate
having it in the next week. We request that you extend the response time for 30 days to be sure.
