Comments on Revised Mitigation Plan
Ian:
The revised mitigation plan proposes more than an adequate amount of mitigation (mainly
preservation) to offset the impacts. Both on-site and off-site mitigation are proposed.
That said, the impacts are still pretty high, although they have been reduced from the ridiculously
high number they used to be.
