DOT's Roadside Environmental Unit has requested the following revision to the 401
Condition # 35 commits us to the Design Standards in Sensitive Watersheds [15A NCAC 04B 0124 (a)-(e)] On
past projects, we have been able to get exempted from part (a), which limits the amount of disturbed area to 20
acres at a time Is it possible to apply this exemption to this project, modifying the numbers to [15A NCAC
04B 0124 (b)-(e)]
