This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing a pipe in a jurisdictional area
in Martin County under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Location is on a UT to
Beaverdam Creek, Stream Index No. 23-49-2, Roanoke River Basin.
Existing 24" X 40' RCP will be replaced by a 30" X 45' CAP at N 35.87346° W 77.15940°.
