Project Location: 1550 Point Harbor Dr., on the west bank of the NE Cape Fear River, south of the Isabelle
Holmes Bridge, in Wilmington, New Hanover County

Proposed Project: Point Harbor Marina: to perform maintenance and new excavation, to construct bulkhead,
docking facility, dry-storage facility, parking areas and entrance road
