Dear Division of Water Quality:
I am writing concerning project #08-0597. Permit approval line 5 approves a 12'x 24'
boat slip (which will be water independent) as requested in the permit application.
I am requesting a change order that the boat slip size be changed from a 12'x 24' to a
24'x 24' boat slip, everything else remaining the same.
I have enclosed detail drawings of the 24'x 24' boat slip, as well as a check for $240.
