Please find enclosed the density plan revision for Ridge Crest. DWQ Project #08-0674 as
referred to in your letter to Craig and Barbara Woohnington-Smith Dated June 24, 2008.
This package includes 3 copies of the drawings.
Per Mr. Woolmington we have reduced the number of lots in the area of question from 5
to 4. All changes anticipated for this project are provided on these plans. Road re-
alignment and grading has been displayed along with cut and fill slopes.
Per your direction I have calculated the amount of impervious surface on these lots by
tracing the boundary of these items and subtracted the wetlands area from the area under
consideration. During construction silt fence will be installed between the wetlands and
grading operations. Additionally temporary diversions and slope drains will be utilized to
convey concentrated runoff away from the wetlands. I have displayed planned rip-rap
energy dissipaters at the outlets of all culverts. The ditch system will be lined with
appropriate temporary or permanent liners to ensure channel stability.
The total area of this portion is 90,502 ft^2 . The area minus the wetlands area is 86547
ft^2. The anticipated impervious area is 15,210 ft^2. Therefore the anticipated density is
17.6%.
