1. Please provide documentation of Gaston County Natural Resources' approval of
the stormwater management plan for this project by providing EITHER:
A valid approval letter from Gaston County Natural Resources indicating that
the proposed activity has an approved SMP and one copy of the approved
SMP, including plan details, calculations and other supporting information,
OR
• A set of stormwater plan details and calculations stamped as "Approved" by
Gaston County Natural Resources.
2. Please be advised that the stormwater management plan for this project must meet
state standards even if it is being reviewed and approved by the local government.
ALL stormwater runoff from this site must be directed to a properly designed
BMP that achieves 85 percent TSS removal. In addition, the proposed wet
detention basin must be designed to meet all state requirements found in Chapter
10 of the DWQ BMP Manual, including provision of a forebay, a vegetated shelf,
appropriate SA/DA ratio, and all other requirements listed therein. The BMP
