Wellons Farm Bank Parcel Development Package

The Division of Water Quality has reviewed the above-referenced bank development parcel package
dated March 2008.
DWQ approves of the addition of this site to the Umbrella Riparian Buffer Bank. Please provide
information on the total amount of credit to be generated (nutrient offset credit only per the BPDP) once
the bank parcel survey is completed. This information should be included in the As-Built Report for the
Parcel
