We are in the process of compiling the requested information from the January 31,
2008 letter from Raleigh and the February 8, 2008 letter from Swannanoa for the
Queens Gap project. We wish to proceed, but cannot provide the requested data by
the close of business on March 3, 2008. We anticipate finishing the response package
within the next two weeks.
We are requiring additional time to compile the BEHI information, to evaluate the
driving range for reduction of stream impacts, and to compile detailed stream crossing
exhibits for the road impacts. We therefore must request an extension for the project
until March 17, 2008. Thank you for your cooperation on this project.
