This one says it is for mitigation, but I am not sure what impacts. I assume it is being down by
Charlotte-Mecklenburg Stormwater Services for some impacts, possibly future, that Charlotte
anticipates.
The plan looks OK; it is an urbanizing stream, so its not like doing something will make it worse.
