On the Neuse River off of Orchard Creek Road, in Pamlico County.
Proposed Project: Minor permit modification request to State Permit #146-01. The applicant
proposes to remove the middle section of riprap to create a type of sill for
wetland enhancement in conjunction with the shoreline stabilization. It will
have a 5' wide opening along every 100' and the height of the sill will not
exceed 6" above NWL.
