I reviewed this and have no real comments regarding impacts; they appear
straightforward and unavoidable. However, with respect to stormwater issues, I
didn't see anything more than "the site will be <30% impervious" in the attached
PCN. Do we want to see more than that (e.g. calculations)?
My comments are on FileMaker.
