stream channel and wetlands and one small isolated wetland. These impacts include construction of an off-
site sanitary sewer line across Forestville Road to Stonegate Subdivision to connect to existing sanitary
sewer service Please refer to the attached Overall Site Plan and Impact Map provided by Summit
Consulting_Engineers for the details of each proposed impact.
