After review of the SAV survey and discussion with Anthony regarding his site visit, NCWRC has concern, but will not
object to the ramp installation provided the ramp terminates in -3’ water depths.

I would like to note that although the NCWRC appreciates the effort by the applicant to minimize vessel disturbance in
the area with the installation of “no wake” signs, these signs are not enforceable by NCWRC or NCDMF unless they apply
to the NCWRC to have this area listed in rule. I am not stating this as a request, just as a point of interest.

Thank you for the attention given to this matter and the opportunity to comment on the permit modification. If there
are any additional comments or concerns, please do not hesitate to call.

Can DCM provide us with an update of where we are in the Lot 287 Boat Ramp Permit process? We submitted the

requested SAV Survey on April 19. We heard some initial chatter from Wildlife, but haven’t heard from anyone
