On June 16, 2015, Katie Merritt with DWR visited the subject site to assess the vegetation and overall site conditions. On June 17, 2015, Ms. Merritt requested additional information to be submitted with the final close -out request. More specifically, Ms. Merritt requested that the report include the additional cattle - exclusion areas to be considered for buffer mitigation credit as well as the widths and ratios of each mitigation area. On August 4, 2015, Ms. Merritt received a final close -out report.
