Based on our site discussion here's what we've Area 1 — We've adjusted this boundary as shown roughly by the dashed red line. The easement boundary remains within roughly 5 feet of the southern corner of the TIN building. Area 4—We removed this area from the buffer area as well. We made the buffer boundary project out from the channel at a right angle. The boundary stops roughly 5 feet from the pipe inlets to allow for maintenance of the inlet or replacement/removal of the pipe at some point in the future if needed. Both pipes will now be completely removed from the proposed easement area. Area 5 — We included this area within our restored buffer area and made it so the buffer boundary projects of from the eastern channel at a right angle. For reference the area marked "X" is the interior area along the eastern side of the pond that was planted (per the approved restoration plan). Area 6 — We simplified the easement boundaries of this L-shaped area along the south and southeastern boundaries like vve discussed previously. Attached also find a "Cleaned Up" version of the map showing the revised Buffer Boundary Revisions and the total restored buffer acreage. The total acreage within the Conservation Easement will be approximately 3.45 acres. The total restored buffer acreage will be 2.55 acres. This exceeds the required 2.45 acres required by the EMC. Please let me know if we're good to go here and we'll arrange to get the boundary surveyed, marked with signage, and get the easement recorded and the deed restrictions signed and notarized.
